Central Location, Clean Rooms

The staff provided immediate check-in upon my noon arrival. The breakfast offered a great variety of choices. The rooms were clean and spacious. The bed was soft and comfortable.

The walls were a bit thin, so some noise was noticeable at times.

Breakfast had a varied offering that was constantly replenished. Two breakfast areas existed, one in the basement and one in the inner courtyard. The selection of teas was good and had all the basics.

The room faced the inner courtyard so it was quiet. My room was clean and the bed was decent. The economy room I booked was basic but fine and the price-quality ratio seemed reasonable.

The location is very central and near everything. The hotel sits on a side street a short distance from Hötorget. The hotel is close to the railway station, so transportation is easy.

The reception operates 24/7, which provides convenience. Check-in instructions were clear and easy. The staff was very helpful and kind. They are available at all hours in english.

central location amazing breakfast friendly staff separate building broken tv malfunctioning card

the location was really central. it was easy to get around. the breakfast was amazing, so many options. the staff were really friendly, they helped with everything.

my room was in another building. it felt a bit disconnected. the tv didn't work and that was annoying. i also had issues with my room card not working one night. that was a real hassle.

The breakfast had many choices and it was a good value. The location near the central station was convenient. I found many restaurants nearby. I had very easy access to tourist attractions.

The hotel did not include a mini fridge, so some food had to be tossed.

breakfast spread good location amazing staff untidy impression shower setup plastic curtain

the breakfast had a good spread. it had many choices for everyone and it was a good value start to the day. location was very good. it was close to subway and walkable. the staff are amazing they help me in solving a complicated situation and really supported me.

the room was quite different, it was noticeably less cosy. the overall impression was a bit untidy. the shower setup was less than ideal, it had only a plastic curtain, and water flood the small bathroom.
